The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area very close to the city center and Ao Nang beach. the rooms are clean and well-furnished, and some even offer a pool access. the staff is generally polite and helpful, despite a limited English comprehension.
Some guests have mentioned noise disturbances caused by groups of tourists in the evening.

Spent Christmas here and it was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They had a great selection of food at breakfast, catering to both Western and Asian tastes. The location was perfect - close to the beach and many restaurants, but not too noisy.
The Wi-Fi was spotty and sometimes did not work at all. The pool area was small and limited, although it was clean and well-kept.

The hotel has a pool and free Wi-Fi. It is also located near the beach and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city.
The noise level was unbearable. the doors were slamming all night and the staff did not seem to care.
